McKenzie Kelly has been working in medical aesthetics since 2009, wearing many hats—Medical Esthetician, Laser Technician, Instructor, and Mentor. She's built her career in both corporate and privately owned medspas, alongside Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and within aesthetic education. This wide-ranging background gives her a well-rounded, hands-on perspective on skincare and treatment planning.

McKenzie is committed to staying sharp and current in a fast-moving industry. She's completed advanced training across multiple platforms and holds certifications as a ZO Expert, Colorescience Pro, and Face Reality Acne Expert. She also serves as the official Arizona Brand Ambassador for SkinPen Microneedling, an opportunity that speaks to her deep knowledge of advanced skin treatments.

McKenzie is usually with Elvis, our beloved Chief Comfort Officer, or spending time with her family.
